We do not own or claim any rights to these trademarks, and they are the property of their respective owners.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian. By accessing our website or entering into a service agreement with ShopWebsiteIfy, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, complete, and current. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our discretion.

The scope of each service is outlined in individual contracts or invoices. Any deviation from the agreed-upon services will require written confirmation and may incur additional costs.
Upon final payment and project delivery, all rights to custom-built designs and website content created by ShopWebsiteIfy are transferred to the client. We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential elements of the project (e.g., website layout, branding, graphics) in our portfolio, unless specifically requested not to in writing.
Any third-party content or software (including plugins or licensed themes) integrated into your website remains subject to their respective copyright terms and may require ongoing licensing.
All projects require a minimum 50% upfront deposit to begin. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to handover or deployment.
We do not offer refunds for completed or in-progress work once substantial progress has been made or access to deliverables has been granted. This includes time invested in planning, strategy, content, or design drafts.
Each service package includes a fixed number of revision rounds. Clients are expected to provide timely, clear feedback within 48–72 hours. Delays in feedback or excessive revision requests beyond the included scope may result in additional charges and/or timeline extensions.
Project delivery timelines are outlined in the proposal or contract. While ShopWebsiteIfy strives to meet all deadlines, actual delivery depends on timely client cooperation (e.g., providing content, approvals, and assets). Any delays caused by the client may push the timeline without penalty to ShopWebsiteIfy.

Failure to participate actively may delay or limit the effectiveness of our services.
We use third-party platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, and Google Ads. While we implement best practices, ShopWebsiteIfy is not liable for errors, platform limitations, or policy changes made by these external service providers.
Clients are responsible for maintaining third-party accounts, subscriptions, or licenses associated with these platforms unless otherwise agreed upon.

Under no circumstances shall ShopWebsiteIfy be held liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business interruptions, or client negligence. Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid for the services rendered.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
All client information, credentials, and proprietary strategies will be treated as confidential. We do not sell, trade, or share your information with third parties, and we expect the same respect in return for any proprietary frameworks or materials we share with you.
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. If terminated after work has started, the client agrees to pay for services rendered up to that point. All completed work will be delivered, and any remaining fees must be paid in full.
